after we vote for our government, we lose our voice until the next election!
for elections our politicians come to us seeking our vote. afterwards, we can march, protest, picket, they won't be swayed by every Tom, Dick and Harrylal!
Won't it be nice to still have a voice after elections!
this is the purpose of the People's Parliament.

the People's Parliament is a town meeting to be held once a month, each time in a different part of the country.
like the national parliament, there will be an order paper or agenda, but there will also be a period for people to air problems and issues affecting them.
It can be a regional problem like bad roads or it can be youths speaking out.

IMPORTANT: while resolutions passed in the People's Parliament would not be law, the House of Representatives must debate said resolution in the National Parliament.
Under a CSPTT government Ministers and Representatives must be present in the People's Parliament to answer questions from the floor.
